Some people cannot tolerate peanuts because of peanut

allergy/intolerance. Peanuts are a common allergy.

Some people cannot tolerate almond or other nut butters because of

phenolic content (if they are sensitive to these).

if the peanut processing is ok and there are no mould toxins in then

i don't see that the others are better.

perosnally i don't find any nut that digestiable.

some brands of peasnut butter may be better than others.

generally expensive low volume stuff can also have problems.(not

enough volume for expensive testing etc.)

are better to use than peanut paste? It's just that they are four

times the price....

I switched to buying the 'all natural' peanut butters (just peanuts

and salt) without sugar, hydrogenated oils, or other creative

ingredients. Smucker's has a good tasting one, but there is a Brand X

one that is good too (just peanuts and salt).

I also heard when doing the gf/cf diet that peanuts harbour molds where

other types of nut don't.

Julea :o)
