Guest guest
Some people cannot tolerate peanuts because of peanut allergy/intolerance. Peanuts are a common allergy. Some people cannot tolerate almond or other nut butters because of phenolic content (if they are sensitive to these). .
Guest guest
if the peanut processing is ok and there are no mould toxins in then i don't see that the others are better. perosnally i don't find any nut that digestiable. some brands of peasnut butter may be better than others. generally expensive low volume stuff can also have problems.(not enough volume for expensive testing etc.) > Would someone please remind me why nut pastes (almond, cashew etc) are better to use than peanut paste? It's just that they are four times the price.... > Thanks > Prue > > >

I switched to buying the 'all natural' peanut butters (just peanuts and salt) without sugar, hydrogenated oils, or other creative ingredients. Smucker's has a good tasting one, but there is a Brand X one that is good too (just peanuts and salt). .
