My son got progressively worse on PD. At first I thought it might be die-off.

I had him on it for 6 weeks. He kept getting worse, more hyper, irritable,

and finally his pupils became dilated, for the first time in his life. I stopped

the PD, read a lot of reviews on it (which I should have done before taking

my DR's word that it was safe) and found that maybe half the people who tried

it had bad reactions. The other half did great on it. At the time PD had

chlorella in it, and that was supposedly what was causing the problems. I have

heard

now the chlorella is out, but don't know for sure as we arent' using it.

I think you will start to feel worse before you feel better.

Killing off bad bacteria and/or yeast causes toxins to

release. You might want to give charcoal about 1-1.5 hours

after the PD so that it can " suck up " some of the toxins.

Other things to help bad bacteria--Lauricidin, Cultrelle,

Olive Leaf Extract...also, some people can not tolerate

the PD. I would give it a few more weeks before you decide

if the PD is working or not.

Primal defense help

I have a bad bacteria problem. I've been using Primal defense lately

with mastic and notice progress early on but lately it's been bad.

I've read here that Primal defense kills yeast and in the bad when

I've treated yeast my bacteria problem got really bad.

Has anyone successfully treated a bacteria problem using Primal

defense or should I stop now and look someplace else?

Thanks.

my son got bad rashes on PD, and I figured out it was because PD has

saccharomyces boulardii, and it is closely related to brewer's yeast

(saccharomyces cervesiae) to which my son tested very allergic.

We did Immuno 1 Bloodprint - IgG Standard Food Sensitivity Assay by Immuno

Laboratories in Florida. Our DAN dr ordered it. The item " Yeast, Brewer's "

was +3 on the test (the highest possible is +4).
