One of my kids had major problems with doses of oral B12 higher than

200 mcg per day. Some kids with the shots have similar problems.

Especially hyper. So yes, might be the B12. If you are not giving

the B12 with folic acid, try that and see if it helps. If not, drop

it for a week, see if things improve. If not, drop the Zyme Prime.

Thank you Dana. I give both Folic Acid and Folinic Acid, so I'll

try reducing the dose first.

I have been experiencing with myself. But I had a bad muscle twitching

problem using the bath products. After that it settled down when I stopped

using it and I had only mild episodes. I don't know if I am still detoxing it

out but I now suspect that I am not detoxing properly in the evening like

the body is supposed to. Is your child off the commercial soaps?

There are probably many causes for muscle twitching or spasms.

Cal/mag are one and some other minerals. Vitamin D to help magnesium

to work.

I began takin B-12 sublingual and B-6 and some other cofactors in the

evening along with L-Methionine.

The group here talks about supplementing zinc methionine and I wonder

if this supplement works the same way. Has anyone information on the

benifits and liver function using Methionine at night?

I tried taking many supplements during they day, later switching them at

night and the only change I felt was taking Methionine at night. It was a

realy BIG change.

Hi, I was reading that you give extra b12. Im thinking of giving my 6 yr old b12

also. He gets 6mcg in his multi but I was shocked at the doses when I went to

the health food store today. Higher than I thaught. Could ask what dose you give

and your cilds size. My sons muscles jerk at night and now they are starting to

spasm even when awake. His hair test showed low in cobalt and I read that means

low b12. Do you think this could happen from not enough b12? Also could you

recommend a good brand. I ve never heard of mb12. Thank you for any advice.

Hi Cheri,

I give my son Methyl B12 injections. The prefilled needles, which

are tiny, come from Hopewell Pharmacy. I order by mail.

is 9 and weighs 70 pounds. His dose is .22 ml injected

every three days. I have seen a tremendous improvement with the

MB12 injections.

I'm afraid I can't offer any help on whether it would help for your

childs muscle spasms. For , it helped communication greatly.

Yesterday I increased his folinic acid dose, and today the eye

blinking is sooooooo much better. (Thank you Dana for the

suggestions.)

Please let me know if you need more information or have any more

questions. Good luck!

Blessings,

Lynn
