Guest guest
Menbere, It reads like a pretty good blend and NOW is generally a good brand. The owner of one of our health food stores is also a pharmacist and he readily tells me if something is good, average, or junk. He likes NOW brand and since the price is soooo good, it is good starting point. If it works well for you, great. If not, try another brand. I used NOW calcium citrate for some time and it is still my favorite calcium supplement to mix in things (you can bake with it). For a chewable, Animal Parade is good, but more expensive. Hope is works out. Always nice to find a quality product at a good price. .
