Guest guest
I went really slow-1/8 cap with one meal for several days then added a 2nd meal for several days then third meal. Then I increased the amount to 1/4 cap at one meal and went through the process again. Your description sounds like my daughter if I go to fast on introducing something new. I didn't add ZP until I had worked up to 1 cap AFP at the 3 meals. Guest guest
>>> ok, my 3 yo dd has been on AFP since Monday of this week. > WHINE, WHINE, WHINE!!! She is very whiney, seems very sensitive to > everything....Is this normal behavior for just starting? It can be very normal for adjustment particularly if the person has yeast or bacteria. It probably feels ridiculously slow but keep at the dose you are at for a day or so before increasing it. Some of these kids (and adults) are so sensitive...and the gut problem so bad it takes a little time for the gunk to get cleaned out and the healing underway. My younger son was lethargic, whiny and felt a big worse for a couple days and he had the colon problems and bad bacteria. Other son didn't have these problems and he didn't have any adjustments to go through. And some parents here went very slow and had die-off adjustments for several weeks. Much worse than my son. The yeast seems to be even more of a hassle than the bacteria. Are there any positives at all? Maybe in a couple days you will see more positives too. If you aren't doing epsom salts that might help her with the detox: www.enzymestuff.com/epsomsalts.htm .

Try going back to the 1/4 capsule. Also, after a week or so, give it with all three meals. She is very whiney, seems very sensitive to > everything. Overly so...wants to do nothing but watch videos. She might also not tolerate the enzyme. > Also when do I start to introduce Zyme Prime? When she is stable from this enzyme. Dana
