Guest guest
---Have you tried epsom salt yet? The easiest was is to mix some water and epsom salt in a spray bottle and spray it on the arms and legs and neck. I gave my son Ca/Mg/Zn from Trader Joe's, but he is complaining about headaches, so I wanted to try pure Mg (and add Zn later). HFS has: magnesium oxide, magnesium citrate, magnesium chelate (this one seems to be w / aminoacids, but the label does not mention which ones are there). I heard oxide is not well absorbed, what about citrate and chelate? What forms do you use? > > Thanks for your advice! > > Elena > > >
Guest guest
I love pouring it into my bath water and taking a long soak before going to bed. I really helps to relax me and I sleep so good. manwithnoname37 <manwithnoname37@...> wrote: ---Have you tried epsom salt yet? Guest guest
Epsom salts are magnesium sulfate. that works well externally. For internal, I use Source Naturals Magnesium Malate (another brand didn't work). I used magnesium citrate too, Natural Calm. Oxide and carbonate forms are not well absorbed, so just about anything that isn't those. A chelated form or ionic is usually good too. If you end up doing more than one mineral, I like the Brainchilds Minerals Only. It is a nice, nice balance of highly absorbable minerals...including selenium and molybdenum. .
