He might have a strain of bacteria that those things do not work on. My son sounds similar, whenever he has an acidic liquid bm, I stop something and he improves. Have you tried Culturelle? That is what I use for bacteria. Altho if I removed something ELSE and he improved, I would just use the fewest supplements necessary [which is in fact what I do].
