Guest guest
Sounds like a smell or taste of something may have set him off- and/or too much activity, too much noise, etc. GABA is very hard on a child's body. If he has a headache still- do you have any magnesium? Could he be dehydrated? How old is your son? -GA PZ causing headache? Well... I just came from a soccer party... My son decided to be running around and falling (to gain everyone's attention) then he started to bang his head against the wall and saying his head hurt. We had to remove him from the party and threw a hell of a tantrum in the car... What is new? I started one extra 1/4 afp-peptizyde in the afternoon between meals. I am scared to give it to him again... Could it be causing headaches? He sure has much more energy! This is what he is taking daily: 1 cap each afp-peptyzide, nofenol and zymeprime, mixed in juice and spread out for the whole day 2 caps kirkman's CLO 2 caps kirkman's GABA 1/4 cap afp-peptizyde (between meals) He is also taking nut yogurt and probiotics every other day. If I should cut back enzymes, should I do it gradually, as we introduced them, or cold turkey? Coral I just remember I gave him about 1/4 tsp of goat yogurt yesterday... Guest guest
I would consider the foods eaten at the party. It sounds like it could be a reaction to artificial colors and/or preservatives. _____ From: cgetino [mailto:cgetino@...] Sent: Saturday, June 12, 2004 6:47 PM Subject: PZ causing headache? Well... Guest guest
, he is 9, close to 10 and weighs 80 lbs. We came home and he soaked in Epsom Salts until he was wrinkled, and he was very calm... He was very excited on the way about going to a soccer party, so I think it started " before we got there " ... maybe when he drank some enzyme juice or before that when I gave him peptizyde on an empty stomach. , he did not eat anything at the party other than a hamburger patty. I brought butternut squash and an apple sauce cake for him (he is on a SCD diet) - the good news is that he really didn't bother the party food (chips, hotdogs, buns, cookies and ice- cream!!) And this child was addicted to food about 3 months ago!!! He has been irritable and hyper since we started enzymes, to various degrees... GABA seemed to help calm his raw nerves down... His stools are improving, so we are keeping up with enzymes, but I think I am going to reduce No-Fenol to 1/2 cap a day, and stop that extra 1/4 cap that I had started yesterday... Some kids can't have this, even with enzymes. Dana
