Guest guest
I'm still trying to find something to mix my daughter's enzymes in. Has anyone used almond bark? I know I have to be careful with the heat. She loved the chocolate Magic Shell but her body couldn't handle it even with NF. I've had her off enzymes for two days (she was down to just 1/2 cap of all 3 just at breakfast) and I'm seeing just little tiny behavior changes both days so I really want to keep her on them. Guest guest
I haven't used almond bark for enzymes, but have for making food in the past. It should work, and comes in non-chocolate flavors. Also carob chips are similar (organic if you like). .
Guest guest
I'm going to get some tomorrow so I'll have to post back to report how it is. It was a rough day today-OCD tendencies really picking up. Yes, it makes great candy at Christmas! I think it will be similar in consistency to the Magic Shell. thanks! Guest guest
If something in the almond bark doesn't agree with her (corn syrup?), you could try this recipe: www.missroben.com/celiac_disease_id255.html You could also try making frosting balls with homemade frosting. I can send you a recipe if needed. > I'm still trying to find something to mix my daughter's enzymes in. > Has anyone used almond bark? I know I have to be careful with the > heat. Guest guest
Please send the recipe. Sounds like it could be another alternative. I'll look up the other recipe also. Thanks!
