Guest guest
Have you treated her for yeast? Whenever my daughter starts nigh waking, I treat for yeast. Sometimes there are no other signs, such as rash or change in stools. Once I treat for the yeast though, she starts sleeping through the night again.--Tod -- In , " angela_s64063 " <angela_s64063@y...> wrote: > Over the past several years, my daughter has had trouble sleeping at > times. Guest guest
I just saw a book being promoted by the author called " The Sleep Fairy " . Sounds like it teaches the child many wonderful things about going to sleep and the child is rewarded for going to sleep at night. I'm not sure if it would fit your case. It's for kids who keep getting out of bed instead of going to sleep. So if your daughter wakes in the night it may not work or it might in that it teaches techniques for going to sleep. So you may want to see if the local bookstore has it so you can read it. It is a book to read to the child and I'm sure it has a parents page as well. I also recommend to continue looking for other problems. Best Wishes! Becky > Over the past several years, my daughter has had trouble sleeping at > times. Should I continue to give it for another week or so, or stop? There are certain situations where you might want to consider continuing it, but usually, if you don't see anything after a week, you should consider another yeast killer, or an issue besides yeast. B6 can cause sleep issues. What time of day do you give it? How much do you give? Did you notice improvements when you added it?
