Guest guest
Has anyone been succesful in filling a claim with the National Vaccine Compensation Program for Autism? My son's 2001 MRI results stated brain damgae to possible (that's the key work there I'm sure) vaccinations. He was born in 1993. Below is a excerpt from the website. Notice the claims must be filled within 36 months after first symptom appeared. Would this be worth pursuing in my particluar case? No laughs please. http://www.hrsa.gov/vaccinecompensation/dvicprog.htm#compensation Vaccine-Related Injury Reasonable compensation for past and future unreimbursable medical, custodial care, and rehabilitation costs $250,000 cap for actual ! and projected pain and suffering, emotional distress Lost earnings Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs Deadline for filing: Within 36 months after the first symptom appeared Vaccine-Related Death $250,000 for the estate of the deceased Reasonable attorneys' fees and costs Deadline for filing: Within 24 months of death and within 48 months after the onset of the vaccine-related injury from which the death occurred
