Guest guest
Thanks Valentina. I wonder which test I should do? I seem to really light up with glut IV's. Hadn't realized when first starting Andy disliked them. But I can't stay in my skin with the cyanoB12. Just insane. Thanks for the info. Folks can anyone lead me to info. on the difference between the B12's? I can tolerate and do MUCH better when taking Methyl B12 sublingual drops. In short, adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin are the metabolically active forms of B12 required by enzymes. Cyanocobalamin and hydroxycobalamin, the forms of B12 in most supplements, need to be detoxified (cyanide with GSH - maybe you are low GSH?), reduced, transformed...... Many times you might take B12 supplements and have plenty around, but your enzymes will not be able to use it because your body cannot always transform it into the active forms. Here's one page: http://www.dadamo.com/napharm/store3/template2/b12.htm You can find tons of information about B12. Just do a search on Google. > OLE. Ok I AM TOTALLY SOLD ON OLE.
