How much DMG to start with and how often???

How much DMG should I start my son on? He is 140 lbs. Also, how often should

I give it. Is this something I should start off slowly and increase? Kirkman

sells 125 mg capsule. Is that too much to start with? My son can swallow

pills, so I'd rather not have to divide it.
