Yeast and Bacteria with Chelation

We are chelating with oral DMSA every 4 hours 3 days on and 11 days

off. I knew going into it that yeast overgrowth could be a problem.

However, now that we are 4 rounds into chelation it really appears

that my son is having way more problems with bad bacteria not yeast.

Is that possible? Could the chelation be stirring up the bacteria?

He's had yeast problems in the past, but we've always struggled more

with bacteria problems. Currently, he takes 2 culturelle a day for

the clostridia and 1 50 billion Klaire Detox probiotic. His stool

analysis show Citrabacor F as his bacteria. We do give Nystatin during

the chelation round for yeast but have found that he does much better

off it. Any suggestions on how to deal with the bad bacteria is

greatly appreciated!
