Bentonite Clay

Hi Shefy,

I did the bentonite/psyllium bowel cleanse, and I am very glad I

did. I did it for about a month, taking it everyday. It took about 2

weeks for me to start seeing the " results " , that is, the rubbery MP

ropes. I used a pre-hydrated bentonite product, by Sonnes, but what

you have should work just fine, just be sure to follow the

directions given on the website you mentioned and make sure it's

properly hydrated, what they don't say on that site is that

bentonite clay can be hard to mix in water, I have some dry

bentonite clay for bathing purposes and one of the ways I get it to

mix up in the water is to put it into a container with a good lid (a

water bottle is good) and add the water first, then add the powder,

put the lid on it and shake it good, that will get it properly

mixed, then let it sit for the 12 hours the website mentions, that

way it will be completely hydrated. Be sure to drink plenty of water

when you are doing this. It is recommended to drink it on an empty

stomach as the bentonite clay will absorb whatever it is near, you

want it to be absorbing toxins, not your dinner (grin). Although I

have done it both ways and I didn't have any trouble with it, for

the most part I did try to take it on an empty stomach. Do not take

it at the same time you take vitamins of any other drugs you may be

taking for the same reasons.

Don't be scared of it, it is a good thing to do and is very good for

you. Good luck and keep us informed. :)
