Guest guest
Hi Coral Dr Waring was doing a test at Birmingham University here in the UK where she does her research. We haven;t done it. It involves giving the child paracetamol I beleive and then taking blood and urine to assess how wwell the body deals with detoxing it back out again. Trying Epsom Salts is probably easier and what we did to 'diagnose' the problem. We continue to use them to 'treat' the problem along with No Fenol and mineral supps. Guest guest
Ginger, When body parts start turning red, this makes me think of a detox or histamine reaction where the body is trying to get rid of something. There could have been something in the antibiotic product (such as the pink coloring in amoxicillan), or it could be he hasn't fully gotten out the die-off by products. >>>have started HNI enzymes again - he has successfully been > off them for 6 months now - not sure what is going on. If you have Peptizyde, give extra of those...can help with detoxing. By the way, I didn't realize you had not needed enzymes in so long. Congratulations on good gut recovery! Give probiotics heavily after antibiotics or the bad bugs/yeast can fill in. Has you son been getting probiotics? Our pharmacy has a big sign on their counter that says: Antibiotics? Remember the probiotics! Epsom salts, of course, lots of fluids and clean water. Vitamin C... www.enzymestuff.com/epsomsalts.htm .

Guest guest
My son started having a red splotching on the skin under his lower lip. Despite putting aquaflora, it has remained (less red, more lumpy). Additionally the cheeks are reddening (one redder than the other). 3.5 Yr ASD, TD-DMPS, GFCF (mostly gluten free anyways) Thanks!!! Guest guest
Wanda, I'm sure someone will correct me if I'm wrong, but I think I remember reading somewhere that epsom salt baths can draw toxins out through the skin, so you shouldn't have frequent baths. Sometimes the bath can leave a person feeling somewhat ill becuase of the toxins being drawn out. I would venture to guess that if your son is reacting positivly to the baths, then it's probably not an issue. Try putting less epsom salt in the water. >>Also can epsom salts baths cause red ears? Can the mag/sulf > cream cause red ears? Too-fast detox can cause this. >>my son is on MB12 shots and they > make him hyperactive because of the yeast issue he has. Try adding folic acid and increasing the yeast protocol. If this does not help, try adding carnitine and amino acids. He is on > Nystatin and I thought that the epsom salts help with detoxing from > yeast die off? For yeast die off toxins, try giving activated charcoal about 45 minutes after the Nystatin. Dana
