I started with 1 cap 4X/day well away from food. The pattern was

immediate yeast meltdown followed by improvement. After a few days the

improvement would fade, and I'd increase the dose, which would be

followed by yeast meltdown and then more improvement. This kept going

until I got up to 5 or 6 caps 4X/day, where the improvements stuck. I

stayed at that dose for at least a month and then tapered off. He

needed a lot of GSE to keep the yeast down, but even with the terrible

yeast it was very very worth it.

I'm also interested in success stories. My 10yr old son also has

motor planning and gross/fine motor skills delays. He's been too far

bheind the other kids his age to play organized sports for quite some

time. Some things we've done that helped a little (but not enough)

are physical therapy and theraputic listening. I was considering

trying martial arts and am interesting in hearing about your son's

experience with it. Thanks.

Amino acids can be helpful for motor skills issues. Carnitine can be

especially helpful for the gross motor skills. There have been good

stories posted here about creatine for fine motor skills.

Anti-virals were not helpful for my kids for the issues you listed,

but they were VERY helpful for other issues, so definitely worth

considering.
