Guest guest
Hi Listmates, DDI urine toxic metals test - pre provocative random collection Aug.9, 2005 Aluminum Ref range- <60 result- 7.5 Antimony Ref range- <1.5 result- 0.08 Arsenic Ref range- <130 result- 14 Beryllium Ref range- <0.6 result- <dl Bismuth Ref range- <20 result- <dl Cadmium Ref range- <2 result- 0.5 Lead Ref range- <5 result- <dl Mercury Ref range- <5 result- 1.2 Nickel Ref range- <15 result- 5.9 Platinum Ref range- <1 result- <dl Thallium Ref range- <1.1 result- 0.2 Thorium Ref range- <0.5 result- <dl Tin Ref range- <15 result- 7 Tungsten Ref range- <1.5 result- 0.6 Uranium Ref range- <0.2 result- <dl Creatinine Ref range- 25-180 result- 90 mg/dl DDI urine toxic metals test- post provocative 24 hour collection on dmsa 50mg. and ALA 25mg q 3-4 hours Round (15) Aluminum Ref range <60 result- <dl Antimony Ref range <1.5 result- 0.2 Arsenic Ref range <130 result- 13 Beryllium Ref range <0.6 result- <dl Bismuth Ref range <20 result- <dl Cadmium Ref range <2 result- 0.6 Lead Ref range <5 result- 4.9 Mercury Ref range <5 result- 0.6 Nickel Ref range <15 result- 7 Platinum Ref range <1 result-<dl Thallium Ref range <1.1 result- 0.2 Thorium Ref range <0.5 result- <dl Tin Ref range <15 result- 13 Tungsten Ref range< 1.5 result- 0.3 Uranium Ref range< 0.2 result- <dl Creatinine Ref range 200-1200 result- 720 I have since then lowered the ala to 12.5 due to wild behaviors. The first test was before I started chelating him in Aug. The second test was while on round 15. ..results of the latter showed elevated tin, lead and nickel from previous non prevoked test. Everything else remains as comparable. There was unmeasurable aluminum as opposed to detectable levels from non provoked test, also after provocation the mercury result was lower. I wonder, why is that? Is this what I should have expected for a kid with toxic metal issues? His previous Hair test showed his total toxic representation as all the way across the page. Aluminum was 97%, Antimony was 85% and Tin was 97% etc... We just finished round 27 as of last week. I was wondering when will I be getting some heafty numbers on these tests? Am I doing the wrong one, should it be fecal test instead? Any comments to my questions is appreciated, Thanks. C.F.
