Also, has anyone avoided creatine because a child may possibly be close to being insulin resistent? " Also--these scary issues: <ITEM> " Chronic administration of a large quantity of creatine is reported to increase the production of formaldehyde, which may potentially cause serious unwanted side-eff <ITEM> " Based on a case report, creatinine may increase the risk of compartment syndrome of the lower leg, a condition characterized by pain in the lower leg associated with inflammation and ischemia (diminished blood flow), which is a potential surgical emerg So of course I'm assuming my leg pain indicates prediabetes, compartment syndrome of the lower leg requiring inquiry into immediate surgery, and that I am further emitting formaldehyde which will hopefully at least keep me well-preserved. Or I could just be out of shape and desperately in need of regular exercise. Would appreciate dispelling of all paranoid thoughts.
