what kind of fiber do you give gf/cf kids??

What kind of fiber are the parents of our kids on the

spectrum who are gluten and casein free?? I have read

some on physillum husk but don't really know what to

give my son. haven't not had him scoped as yet, but

continues to have stomach distention somewhat even

tho he goes everyday .
