[NVIC] Vaccines HAVE to be studied and stopped.

Despite official denials it cannot be assumed that vaccines are without danger.

A vaccine, to be effective, HAS to cause a reaction in the human body. What is

the exact nature and ramification of that reaction no one knows. What is the

effect

of the vaccine additives and ingredients, individually and collectively, no one

knows. What is the effect of multiple vaccinations, no one knows. How are

vaccines affecting subsequent generations, no one knows. We have to check the

vaccinated generation against a non-vaccinated population to know the

difference.

We have to also study the role of vaccines, a mass medical procedure, behind

the epidemic of stress and chronic diseases we see today. We have to study the

effect of vaccines on the psyche of the people. We have to study what caused a

generation of healthy, courageous, adventure loving, broadminded, generally

peaceful and trusting, compassionate, virtuous and proud citizen of the world to

transform into the sick, narrow minded, perverse and obstinate species that we

find

today.

No wonder it is said, vaccination could be the worst scandal in medical history.

It is one of the least studied medical practice that has been simply taken on

its

face value. Now when the procedure is being questioned everyone is scared of

the implications.

Developmental Services (DDS) released information (below) which revealed that

more than 30,000 California children with full syndrome DSM VI autism are now

being served in the state's developmental

services system. In the last 20 years, the numbers of autistic children

being served by California DDS has risen from 2,800 in 1987 to 30,181 today,

with 80 percent of the autism cases in children under age 17 and 2 out of 3

cases between the ages of 4 and 13 years old. Between April 2002 and April

2006, a total of 12,587 cases were added, including children born between

1998 and 2002. There only has been a slight decline in new cases added during

this time period. In the next two years, as children born between 2003 and

2005 enter into the system, there will be a clearer picture of whether the

removal of mercury-containing vaccines will substantially lower the numbers

of autistic individuals being added to the California DDS system. The

co-founders of NVIC agree that mercury in vaccines has contributed to

increases in autism and other developmental delays in children, especially

harming those with genetic factors making them

particularly vulnerable to mercury poisoning. However, we do not anticipate

significant decreases in the numbers of children regressing into autism in

America during the next few years unless mass vaccination policies are

substantially revised. We continue to maintain that increases in brain

and immune dysfunction in American children during the past 25 years is

primarily a result of injecting vaccines with too many toxins and chemicals;

administering too many vaccines simultaneously and too early; as well as

preventing children from experiencing and recovering naturally from infection

in early childhood. Until vaccines are cleaned up, the numbers of vaccines

reduced, and policies revised to acknowledge individual differences and screen

out high risk individuals, children will continue to regress into autism and

suffer other kinds of chronic illness after vaccination. Rick Rollens,

" According to information released today by the California Department of

Developmental Services (DDS), the number of professionally diagnosed cases of

full syndrome DSM IV autism in California's developmental services system

has, for the first time in it's 37 year history, exceeded 30,000

persons.....nearly 80% are children under the age of 17, with 2 out of 3

persons are between the ages of 4 and 13 years old. No children under the age

of three years old are included in this reporting system In 1987 there

were less then 2,800 cases statewide, today there are 30,181. During the latest

reporting period between January 4, 2006 and April 4, 2006 DDS reports that

an additional 757 new cases were added to the system, that is, on average,

nearly nine new children a day, seven days a week entering California's

developmental services system with full syndrome autism, and does

NOT include any persons with any other autism spectrum disorder such as PDD,

NOS, or Asperger's Syndrome. Autism not only continues to be the number one

disability entering California's developmental services system, but now

constitutes a record setting 63% of all persons entering the system, with the

remaining 37% of the intakes being the COMBINED number of new intakes with

mental retardation, cerebral palsy, epilepsy, and other conditions that have

mental retardation as a component of the condition. Between April 2002

and April 2003 there were 3,595 persons added to the system. Between

April 2003 and April 2004 there were 3,088 persons added to the system.

Between April 2004 and April 2005 there were 3,015 persons added to the

system. Between April 2005 and April 2006 there were 2,869 persons added
