I've had benefit from the really high dose (expensive) probiotics

(Natren from HFS and HMF Replete from ND). I've tried some cheaper

stuff, but it does nothing for me. Any recommendations for specific

products, or types of flora? I do a lot of castor oil packs and

that helps with bloating and constipation (but it's a cumbersome

process).

I have tried a couple of digestive enzymes and didn't notice any

difference. I will probably try one of the Houston products that

others have suggested. Any thoughts on how to decide which enzymes

would help?
