If it is urine, I can tell you my son's ref range (he is 4 yo) from Metametrix. pyruvate < 5.3 lactate < 11.3 unit is ug/mg creatinine You can call the lab you got the results from and ask them about their ref ranges, sometimes they are adult ref ranges...
