Hi all

I'm wondering if benfotiamine might be a good thing for my son. I

haven't exhausted the archives on this, kind of in a hurry today, so

please forgive me for asking some basic questions.

I've read up on basic thiamin deficiency, and saw a few general things

that indicate this might be a help. One reference was made on Onibasu

to distended tummy, which we do have here. Is it correct to say this

might indicate deficiency?

What would be the dose for a 45-50 lb child? Split and give 4X a day,

or just once, or...?

thanks again

René
