ADD BootCamp Announcement and Schedule

Here is the schedule and announcement for the last session

before summer break:

This fast-paced class is scheduled to help you get organized before

summer...

Class runs from April 5 - May 10, 2006

This is only for people that are serious about overcoming the

frustration of disorganization and are willing to put some serious

work into their life during this 6-week period. Come get organized by

summer...and make this a great year!

This internet-based BootCamp is designed to give Group and Individual

Support.

-Group Meeting held weekly on ADDclasses.com.

-You must have access to email for individual help.

Textbook: The ADD Audio Coach

-You must own a copy of the text to take part in the BootCamp.

The text covers:

Time Management, Home Organizing, Personal Finances and Project

Management specifically for adults with AD/HD. We will use the steps

of the text as we progress through the BootCamp. The text is

currently on sale and you can order it at: www.lifelifters.com.

Organizer:

You must be willing to use an organizer (or PDA) during BootCamp. You

can feel free to use any type of organizer you want during the

BootCamp. If you do not currently use an organizer (or PDA), the

first section of the textbook will help you decide what type to use,

and how to set it up.

Participants will have access to:

Group Meeting Every Wednesday from 9:00 pm -10:30 pm Eastern

Standard Time (Logs are available if you can not attend the meetings)

Progress Updates and Handouts will be sent through email before the

Group Chat

Personalized help for rapid progress – personal direct emails and

chat sessions
