Guest guest Posted April 15, 2006 Report Share Posted April 15, 2006 Hi All, My son (2.5 yr old) is passing excessive gas offlate. I am talking about farts 2-5 seconds in length and really loud every 30 mins or so. He is on Vitamins & Minerals (Brainchild), probiotics, ca/mg , CLO, enzymes, Zinc, Carnosine and Custom Amino Acids. I cannot pin- point to when it started but i can roughly say it got worse with the amino acids (not sure though). Offlate its come to a point where people are turning around and asking if he is fine and what i fed him . He seems to be in no pain because of this . His bowel movements are normal and he is happy and steadily showing signs of improvement . He is on bio-med for the last 6 months and this problem has increased slowly since he started on the medicines to the point where we are getting very concerned. Any ideas . Is it common ? I asked my pediatrician and she said its okay as long as he is fine and active but its getting me worried.
