I was wondering if any of the adults on this forum have a phenol

sensitivity? An ariticle about phenols stated that adults are likely

to have CFS. It also mentioned dark circles under the eyes and sleep

difficulties. This sounds like me. Should I being trying something

like No-Fenol? I have been chelating and the dark circles seem to be

lightening some.

It works very well for me. I also take several supplements to help

with my phenol issues.

Good luck.

Chronic fatigue, which is a common adult symptom

http://www.danasview.net/phenol.htm

>> and please what are you taking?

HNI enzymes, especially No-Fenol. B50, extra biotin and folic acid,

vitamin C, CLO, amino acids, OLE, Virastop, GSE, selenium, magnesium,

probiotics, probably others that I am not remembering right now. I

did start each one of these individually.

>>What differences did you notice?

More energy, I don't have problems eating certain foods, no more need

for my asthma inhaler, significantly reduced [almost gone]

environmental allergies, reduction of other issues.

A while back, lots of parents were posting that HNI enzymes reduced or

eliminated their fibro symptoms, so definitely something to consider.

this to DH and I get one of those looks. But, take into consideration

that I am on the computer all the time and have a broken hip and

foot--no I'm not running any races this week. :-)

LOL no, I guess not!

Hope you feel better soon.
