Maybe. I have to figure out how to get some first! My son had high

levels of aluminum, arsenic, antimony and tin in his hair. What is

the best chelator of those metals??

He also had high levels of mercury, cadmium, tellurium, and bismuth

in his stool. (all before we tried the TD=DMPS)

ALA chelates mercury (from body and brain) and arsenic. DMSA chelates mercury

from the body. SAMe helps the body get rid of antimony but make sure you

supplement B vitamins to keep homocysteine in check. Consider identifying and

reducing/removing sources of exposure. Some of the others tend to go down on

their own as you chelate. How to get some what? Oral ALA and DMSA are

available without a prescription in the US.

awesome, I didn't realize the dmsa was available without

prescription. They don't sell either at our big health food store

here.

VRP (Vitamin Research Products) carries DMSA.

http://www.vrp.com/

Kirkman Labs does too, but they might require a prescription now.

www.vrp.com sells DMSA as does Kirkman's (on-line or by phone). I think

Kirkman's comes in small capsules (25 mg) but don't know if it has fillers.
