i appreciate your responses to my posts so far.

fyi, i received andy's book last week and have been reading it, trying to

understand in midst of great illness. i also showed book to my doc, who says

she will buy a copy too.

but there are several things i don't grasp from the book. i see that andy

does not recommend garlic and chlorella, but so far i can't find description

of WHY not. my doc and some other sources i've talked with tell me that

garlic and chlorella are safe WITH amalgams, and that they are good, gentle

chelators. since i am so ill now, i am very concerned to not do anything

that will make me a lot worse, and i want to do something effective. can you

help me with info to share with my doc about why NOT use garlic and

chlorella? with or without amalgams?

also, when i was tested in august and found deficient in glutathione and

several other nutrients, even tho i was taking lots of oral supplements and

excellent diet, i was already taking 500mg NAC (glutathione precursor) once

a day. so i increased to 500mg NAC three times a day. i also eat what andy

describes as " high-sulfer " veggies every day. could this high NAC contribute

to my toxic symptoms?

in sept i had first of three IV glutathione 15ml and got so much worse. doc

says " the glutathione possibly bound to mettaloprotein which is a barrier to

mercury toxicity. ... working to bind out the mercury with garlic and

chlorella ... " can anyone tell me what this means about " mettaloprotein " ?

deeply grateful for your experiences and insights and information,

kendra
