Guest guest
Ahhhh! Okay - thanks - so as for the rest of your email because I couldn't go further than that without knowing what you were refering to : I have told him about the timing of drinking coffee but he believes otherwise - could be he knows I am not a coffee drinker, so what do I know. Anyways after picking everyon's brain (and I am deeply appreciative) I am not going to worry about his sleep issues until he wants to do what he needs to do to help take care of the issue. I think he needs to eliminate the coffee since that is a very likely culprit of his "symptom" before a sleep study. He isn't willing to give up all his vices yet - at least the chocolate and sweets are gone! I really do appreciate your article though. Thanks so much!
