Guest guest
Hi everyone: My 6 year old son will be going through oral surgery this coming wednesday at 7:00 am. I am waiting for the anestheologist to call about fasting rules prior to the surgery, and I have a call into Dr. Usman's office to ask about what protocol I should be doing. I also wanted to check with this group. Should I stop all meds/supps prior to surgery? If so, can I still give night time ones or just stop the ones that morning? Does surgery have any effects on our kids such as regression? Here are his current meds/supplements: 1. Chelation protocol includes ALA/DMSA, however, this is his " off time: 2. Yeast protocol includes: 2 candidase, 1 culturelle, 1 threelac, 1 yeast away (multi of naturals), pleo alb drops, pleo not drops. This is given in am and pm. 3. Antioxicants include: 1 pycnogenol, 1 grapeseed extract, drops of Selenium, vit A, Vit E and vitamin C crystals. This is given am and pm. 4. methylation support is only MB-12 shots given every 3 nights. He is scheduled to get his shot tonight. 5. Immune support is LDN 6. Minerals include water oz minerals, (zinc, molybdenum, calcium, magnesium) 7. Diet and houston chewable enzymes with all meals and snacks. Thats it. Please, I would like to know if anyone thinks I should continue giving supps prior to surgery ??? Thanks everyone! Kim
