Yeah, my understanding is that (especially at the high

doses used in cardiac patients) propranolol can really

leave you feeling wrung out like a wet rag.

The single small 20mg propranolol dose in this case

appeared to have no such downside. Good anxiety relief

(pt. noted strongly increased anxiety when she went off

the med prior to surgery).

There are many open questions still about this small

experiment we ran.

Question: does oral propranolol really exert a useful

antitumor and antimetastasis effect? Cannot say for

sure with this single case. Though other studies do

suggest that it should do that.

Question: if propranolol does have some effect, would

larger doses be better? Again unknown. Studies have

used larger doses.

Question: if larger doses of propranolol were used,

would that possibly interfere with the mechanisms of

LDN therapy, or vice versa? Again, neither one known.
