Sorry Stainless steel leaks nickel into your food. Once you start

cooking in non metal you will actually taste the difference.

I have traded all my in for glass/earthware. Make sure the earthware

is not glazed with anything containing lead, etc.

I can now tell food that is cooked in metal or microwaved. We also no

longer use plastic anything to store food or drink from.
