Guest guest
Sorry Stainless steel leaks nickel into your food. Once you start cooking in non metal you will actually taste the difference. I have traded all my in for glass/earthware. Make sure the earthware is not glazed with anything containing lead, etc. I can now tell food that is cooked in metal or microwaved. We also no longer use plastic anything to store food or drink from. > > I've recently switched from my aluminum 9x13 pans to glass and > earthenware due to the aluminum/Alzheimers link. What about Stainless > Steel saucepans? I have RevereWare saucepans, some are copper bottom, > some are not. I know some they make are aluminum, but I am pretty sure > mine are stainless steel. Does anyone know if they are harmful? >
