Adrenal and Creatine - Methylation

I have yet been able to locate why it is suggested that those

with " adrenal problems " should avoid Creatine (or use only under a

doctor's supervision). However, what I have found in a few articles

is that creatine aids methyl donors (if I understand that properly).

Last night I gave my son 1/2 of a scoop in 8 oz. of water. His face

had a little more color in it for most of the evening, but was acting

as if he needed his butt chelated! (lead in the arse...lazy.. etc.)

The stuff we got is called Body Fortress Creatine Fruit Punch Drink

from Wally World and has alot of taurine and potassium. The more I

look at the other Creatine products and their warnings, the more I am

thinking that it is something in THIS particular product, aside from

the creatine, that they are warning against for those with adrenal

problems.
