Guest guest
We just completed our 2nd round of DMSA. I have seen some regression in several areas...sentence structure, word switching, social, asking questions, etc. Is this normal to see some regression? Any input is appreciated. This decreased from the third week onward, until it was gone after week 6. You may be going through the worst of it right now. Give it another couple weeks before jumping to a conclusion. Some initial regression is not uncommon. Can you give us an idea of what supplements you are using?
Guest guest
We are using TD-DMSA every 8 hours. I know that this group feels strongly about every 4 hours. I was torn between dosing scheduling during my research and started with every 8 hours. We did o.k. the first round so I did it again for the next round. I will definitely do every 4 hours for the third round. Is this a common theme among 8 hour dosing? If so, could every 4 hour dosing change this awful pattern? I'm not even sure ifI should continue or maybe switch to another chelator. Need advice!! > > > Hi :
>
> How are you dosing it, every 4 or every 8 hours?
>
>
> ----- Original Message -----
> From: cindyroyster
>
> We just completed our 2nd round of DMSA. Guest guest
Thanks for everyone's response. I mentioned in another post response to mine that I am going to switch from 8 hour to 4 hour dosing. But as far as supplements, we are taking CLO, Magnesium, L-Carnitine, Glucosamine Sulfate, B-Complex Plus, digestive enzymes, Vitamin C, TD- GSH, probiotics, Valtrex, CoQ10, Calcium, Zinc, Candex, DMG, MB12 injections and nasal spray. Do I need to add taurine also? Have been reading alot on this lately. Thanks again! > > > > > > We just completed our 2nd round of DMSA. I wouldn't judge the chelator until you've done 4 hr. dosing. Nell
Guest guest
When you double your frequency, remember to half your dose, at least. S S We are using TD-DMSA every 8 hours. Guest guest
I wouldn't stop using the chelator until I tried the correct protocol. Low dose, every 4 hours for DMSA. If you don't take into consideration the half life of a chelator you will possibly have some really bad reactions. Four years ago there was so much discussion about the 4 hours versus 8 hours protocol, that made me want to experiment. (curiosity killed the cat) I tried the every 8 hours protocol and I got so sick... It was awful! I am sure I can dig out the old message and post it again if you want to know details. Acrodynia all over again. Massive redistribution is not something easy to deal with (and I am an adult). Valentina > We are using TD-DMSA every 8 hours.
