This could be anything, but I have this impression that his liver is swamped with toxins. I would suggest to stop the GSE because it influences the liver (it slows down one of the phases of detoxification). If you have charcoal, I would try some. My son had an itchy rash from vitamin A toxicity, viral elimination, and a few other things. If your child eats gluten or had an infraction, it can also signal celiac DH.
