Valentina,

You may have changed my life profoundly. This article below is just what I

needed. I have EVERY symptom discussed right down to being AB negative blood

type. Incredible. Just blew me out of the water and made sense out of my whole

life. Big AHA!!!

1) I react badly to the cyanide in cyanocobalimin, what a surprize another toxin

to break down.

2) I don't get benefits from melatonin/ B12 deficiency

3) Go to sleep with my son by 8:00 pm with sweatshirt on, by 1:30 am wide awake,

take the sweatshirt off. Sleeping pattern with temperature change. ME.

4) Diagnosed MANY times with anemia, of course treated with iron.

5) Elevated homocysteine is an indicator of B12 deficiency. My son had pyloric

stenosis at birth (one of 6 surgeries so far.) In a book I read about high

homocysteine it said a child born with pyloric stenosis is an indicator of high

homocysteine. The article says high homocysteine is a metabolic indicator of

decreased levels of methylcobalamin.

6) My liver detoxification problems could be helped with the methylcobalamin/not

the cyano type. Cyanide my GOD!! NO WONDER I FILPPED OUT WHEN I TRY IT!!!!!!!!

7) Then they mention THE SLEEP ISSUE.!!!! Praise God !!! If this helps I will be

forever in your debt!!!!!! I haven't slept normally ever!!! I remember

redecorating in the middle of the night as a child. My Mom a Christian

Scientist/not Scientologist, thought it was cute. It's not fun trying to live on

little sleep. My circadian clock has been very off for my whole life.

But then my first amalgams went in around 5, total 14 for the last 36 years.

Says to try 3000 mcg for sleep. I'll try it.

8) Methylcobalamin is important for the release of the stress hormone cortisol.

Especially for A and AB blood people. WOW. I am AB negative with RH negative

factor.

9) Regulates body temperature. See above.

Thank you God for this list. I am grateful in my darkest hours and with this

recent cold/flu that almost killed me (that OLE saved me from) that you God,

when I CRY out to you within days lead me to THE answers that have been hidden

from me for over 47 years.

Having been raised a Christian Scientist (I always knew it was not for me; they

deny that heredity exists.)

Well I'm adopted (5 days old) and I've met 6 siblings. All on my Mom's side have

been going nuts with heavy metal issues. Our Mom died neglected, unable to care

for herself, and insane. I met her. We are the perfect clinical study.

The reason I mention the Christian Science is since I hadn't had vaccines, (they

don't use them/that's another amish clinical study that should be persued.) I

thought I'd be the perfect little Mom and BEFORE getting pregnant in " 1998 " : (

I made sure to get all my own vaccines. LOVELY!!

OK that's enough for me tonight. B12 girl that I am. Not sleeping at 2:31 am.

But I'm figuring it out!!!!!! Oh I've been on disability for over 12 years, due

to this crap. Climbing my way out though!!!! Incredible. I was very high

functioning, well to the average eye. It felt like everything I did I had to

first do it backwards. Impossible.

Much love to all of us. And how blessed some of you are to NOT be as poisoned as

me, as a parent. The insanity of researching all this when I started three years

ago in a toxic mold, mercury fog was insane.

It is God's will that we see the sad reality of all this. The pain is TOO great

at times, that's why we are in this together.

God bless you Andy. I say it alot, but if your knowledge hadn't been recognized

by me, through God, as the TRUTH I'd still be watching Matlock and Law and

order all day, and slowing losing my mind. And I could feel it going away. At

times I could not remember what came after " Our Father who art in Heaven, " at

the height of my insanity.

So Valentina, Thank you. A big part of my puzzle I'm sure. I'd like to follow up

with some genetic testing.

Incredible. God has given me at least a million chances to keep trying to get

this right. It's just so damn exhausting at times.

Patience, patience. patience and persevere.

AND the lecithan each time I take it is making me way calm and more focused.

Something we adults don't discuss here too much/at all? is sex. For YEARS it has

been difficult for me to climax/ok Truth be told; IMPOSSIBLE. The lecithan

appears to give me back sensations.

So the methycobalamin helps brain, liver and nervous system? Could help with

this too. Incredible.

And the fact I'm an artist (somewhat gifted; now that my engine is starting to

move again from chelating) Art and Science are on the same side of the brain, so

I retain lots of this stuff (or it's God again). LOTS and LOTS of folks over the

years have thought " you are nuts! "

I wasn't, but I appeared nuts. Glad I'll be able to dispell this stuff. I've

already dispelled the myth of insanity within my birth family. I have two

siblings chelating. Our Mom was suffering from heavy metal poisoning, she had a

mouth full of metal.

Alison F. Peace. In ALL things.

P. S. I wouldn't want to be standing to close to Bush these days. Vengence is

mine says the Lord.

Thanks Valentina. I wonder which test I should do? I seem to really light up

with

glut IV's. Hadn't realized when first starting Andy disliked them. But I can't

stay

in my skin with the cyanoB12. Just insane.

Thanks for the info.

B12's?

I can tolerate and do MUCH better when taking Methyl B12 sublingual drops.

In short, adenosylcobalamin and methylcobalamin are the metabolically active

forms

of B12 required by enzymes.

Cyanocobalamin and hydroxycobalamin, the forms of B12 in most supplements, need

to be detoxified (cyanide with GSH - maybe you are low GSH?), reduced,

transformed......

Many times you might take B12 supplements and have plenty around, but your

enzymes

will not be able to use it because your body cannot always transform it into the

active forms.

Here's one page:

http://www.dadamo.com/napharm/store3/template2/b12.htm

You can find tons of information about B12. Just do a search on Google.

Me too :)

> Thanks Valentina.

You are very welcome. You can find tons more info on B12 on the web. This was

just one page, the first one I found in a search on Google. There is lots of

very useful information about B12 out there. Search for keywords like " B12 " and

whatever else symptoms you want to find info about. Some pages might be too much

for you, but just skip those and go to the next.

> I wonder which test I should do?

Tests? I don't know about those... In my attempt to save money, I always just

try the supplement first. If it feels good - that's the best test I can get :)

I really don't know what tests would measure B12. Maybe tests that measure other

things related to it. Like Homocysteine (which you said already that is high, so

B12 supplementation might be adequate), maybe organic acids (like Methylmalonic

acid), or maybe folate.

> 1) I react badly to the cyanide in cyanocobalimin, what a surprize another

toxin to break down.

Maybe you are low glutathione?

In that case also take lots of E vitamin. And other fat soluble vitamins and

fatty acids.

How do you react to sulfur foods?

> 2) I don't get benefits from melatonin/ B12 deficiency

My understanding is that sometimes the body can manufacture Melatonin OK, but it

is not used correctly. B12 apparently helps that.

> 3) Go to sleep with my son by 8:00 pm with sweatshirt on, by 1:30 am wide

awake, take the sweatshirt off. Sleeping pattern with temperature change. ME.

I used to have the same problem. I don't know if B12 fixed it, but I do take B12

supplements.

It still happens sometimes.

This (I think) is because the body is not able to keep the

sympathetic/parasympathetic systems in balance while we sleep.

> 5) Elevated homocysteine is an indicator of B12 deficiency. My son had pyloric

One of the possible causes...

You can also try Folic acid, TMG and Zinc, maybe B6....

Hey! I'm with you there :) I know exactly how you feel.

I wasn't able to sleep for years... I was a ghost.

Chelation and supplements fixed this. Actually, at some point I was complaining

that I sleep too much and I don't get as much done anymore (I used to work all

night - from home).

> But then my first amalgams went in around 5, total 14 for the last 36 years.

Says to try 3000 mcg for sleep. I'll try it.

Good luck!! :)

Let us know how it goes.

But I would suggest you to start low and increase in time. 3000mcg is a big

dose.

> OK that's enough for me tonight. B12 girl that I am. Not sleeping at 2:31 am.

Even if I sleep enough now, I still wake up in the middle of the night

sometimes, even 2-3 times... but that doesn't bother me that much. At least I

can sleep. What I do is I made myself a schedule and I follow it. I go to bed

every evening around 10:00. If I wake up during the night, I get off the bed, I

go around the house for 5-10 min (because if I don't and I just sit

there in bed waiting for the sleep to come back I only get agitated) and then I

go back to bed and fall asleep immediately. Works for me :)

I have to say, being able to sleep made a HUGE difference in my life. It will

change you a lot. Good luck! :)
