Having said that, my son was on Nizoral/Diflucan/Lamisil for 2.5 years solid and his testostosterone only went up, up , up. And yes, the Lupron is helping (we're doing the Geier's protocol). he couldn't tolerate the oral DMSA so we'll try the TD next, but the Lupron definitely has gotten rid of (or greatly reduced) the wild outrages, mood swings, and otherwise PMS-y behavior. His testosterone is still higher than normal, but he is acting better and seems to feel better. Calmer, happier, less fidgety.
