That's the stuff I use too. Just can never remember names...

Nature's this, that or the other thing....

This is not very scientific, but I give my son 2 caps/day divided in

three doses. I started this for liver support purposes. On

chelation days, I give him an extra one divided over the night

doses. I also give him some extra lecithin each day. No idea if I

am doing it right, but my son tolerates it quite well and his ALT

levels are quite nice (AST is a different issue, but that could be

any number of things). If anyone has any better dosing

recommendations, I am all ears!
