McCandless treat autistic people with LDN, diet ad supplements primarily. She has an LDN group focused on that. Sucsribe to Autism_LDN group and be sure to read the FILES section.

She also developed a transdermal version of LDN so that it is applied to a sleeping child''s skin between 10 pm and 2 am. It is available by prescription from certain compounding pharmacies.

Many folks here report dissolving the 50 mg pill in 50 ml of distilled water and then use a syringe to measure an oral dose.
