Guest guest
Well I can say my SO has been on a low carb diet with high vegetables, fruit and protein for 3 years and that did not make the difference that LDN has made so it wasn't the diet. I know they say you should change your diet but as he is allergic to a lot of the things I have cut out there is no way to reintroduce and see if the diet makes a difference. LOL, I wonder if he would mind being my lab rat if I could? You do need to make sure you have Vit D and calcium for a healthy immune system. Need the buidling blocks to build with! But to answer your question - diet didnt affect his response. tv_newyork <aps@...> wrote: are people touting success with LDNs--because they are also combiningthe medicine w/ a certain diet? Guest guest
Yes, when you are helping the immune system with LDN, it is greatly advisable to do a diet and supplements that will also help complement the immune system. People seem to have the best success rates by doing this. I decided since LDN gave me half a life back I'd do things to help compliment the LDN and hopefully help me further down the road as I get to be considered elderly, I'm 44 now. Trying to follow the Best Bet Diet. Not as hard to do as first thought. Getting a fruit/vegetable juicer was one of the best gifts I've ever received. No home should be without one.
