another option here is to grind your own flax seeds.

This is easy to do in a coffee grinder. A little noisy.

Doesn't taste bad IMO, biggest problem for me is to

remember when eating something that would be appropriate

to add flaxseed to (soup, hot cereal.... don't think I'd

put it on salad....)
