Guest guest
I give you a lot of credit...I probably would have lost it and ended up in police custody! It maybe a lost cause but it would be worth working it if you wanted to...to at least get the last word. Ask him to provide a study that wasn't funded by the pharma companies. Ask him why if we wouldn't believe Marlboro should they say smoking is not harmfull why we believe the pharma companies when they say the same stupid thing. Print out studies from Generation Rescue to show him, make him explain all of that. Go to archives and print out all the stories you can on kids who are now recovered...do remove all personal information first. Print out recovery stories from Generation Rescue. Print out the Simpsonwood documents...I have seen them on GR site and their new site...putkidsfirst ??? Tell him the CDC was asked years ago to study chelation is autism and they refuse to do it. Ask him if he had a child who was diagnosed with a rare cancer and he met thousands of people who had done a certain treatment and with only a extreme rare reaction all the kids got better. Would he wait until the CDC got off their fat lazy butt to study it or would you go for it. Chelation has been used for many years and rarely is there a problem. They say it isn't safe because they haven't studied it with autism, not because they have studied it and found it unsafe. Ask him for studies that prove it doesn't work or is harmful. And if all else fails tell him that within a reasonable amount of time you will be showing him a recovered healthy child and then he can kiss your...! Wish you well, if you need bail money...I will be willing to pitch in!!! cuch1986 <cuches@...> wrote: I had an argument with a doctor at my job. Guest guest
One other thing...they can't say there isn't any relationship between all of this stuff for another good reason...they have never studies the unvaccinated to know if they have the same disease rate. You can't say the shots don't cause all this stuff if they don't compare disease rates in both populations. Print out the Amish studies, explain they don't have autism. There is also the peds practice in Illinois that doesn't vaccinate and they have not seen a unvaccinated autistic child in the 30K kids they have seen. Ask him why the unvaccinated don't have autism. cuch1986 <cuches@...> wrote: I had an argument with a doctor at my job. Guest guest
Funny thing is I did bring up the Omish and was cutt down by him because he claims there is so much inbreeding in that community you can't trully study that with a controll group (what a load of BS) and I did mention that practice of 30,000 kids who are unvaccinated and he cringed and said " wow, what a shame that those kids are unprotected against measles--there will be a breakout one day and I would love to say I told you so " Totally dismissing that these kids would make a perfect study! Guest guest
I guess I would just print out a ton of stuff, hand it to him and tell him to read it if he wants to but you would understand why he wouldn't want to edcuate himself seeing how his income is dependent on people getting vaccinated and getting sick because of it...and then walk off completely ignoring anything he says from that point on. Sorry! Sometimes it is so incredibly hard to be right. cuch1986 <cuches@...> wrote: Funny thing is I did bring up the Omish and was cutt down by him because he claims there is so much inbreeding in that community you can't trully study that with a controll group (what a load of BS) and I did mention that practice of 30,000 kids who are unvaccinated and he cringed and said " wow, what a shame that those kids are unprotected against measles--there will be a breakout one day and I would love to say I told you so " Totally dismissing that these kids would make a perfect study! Guest guest
He has been brainwashed by medical school and the pharmaceutical companies. He feels threatened when his brainwashers are questioned. Some people will never be convinced. Save your time and energy for your child. The best " proof " is to recover your child. Sharing useful info and your experience with new members on this list and others wanting to learn and willing to listen is much more useful use of your time and energy. The more " swing voters " we can reach the more things will swing and eventually we will tip the scales with the truth and recovery evidence. All the stress of arguing with him just makes him dig in his heels even farther and puts your own health in jeopardy. Guest guest
Tina, I admire your tenacity and dedication, but sometimes it would seem more appropriate to know when to quit. I know it is tempting to argue with people like the pompous ass at your job, but it is also tempting (at least for me) to slap them. I *try* to avoid both. :-) You've stated your case. Others who have an open mind seemed to support you. You may come close, but you are not superwoman. Don't waste too much of your precious energy dealing with people like this. They cause stress, they eat at you, there are tens of thousands of them. It might be best to drop Colleen's document on his desk (or head, ahh, just kidding) with a note that if he cares to inform himself you'd like to continue the discussion and then just turn your attention and energy to enlightening those who can learn. There are millions of those. I run into them all the time now. Best wishes, Anita > > Perhaps it is a lost cause to continue to argue with this man. > >
Guest guest
Isn't inbreeding supposed to make people MORE susceptible to developmental problems, not less? This man also sounds like he hopes 30,000 children will develop measles so that he will be proven right. I'm sorry you have to deal with this ****. take care René > > Funny thing is I did bring up the Omish and was cutt down by him > because he claims there is so much inbreeding in that community you > can't trully study that with a controll group (what a load of BS) > and I did mention that practice of 30,000 kids who are unvaccinated > and he cringed and said " wow, what a shame that those kids are > unprotected against measles--there will be a breakout one day and I > would love to say I told you so "

Guest guest
One thing is for sure, I agree it is a lost cause to argue with this person. By the way, besides being stubborn-minded, this mainstream doctor does not keep up to date either. The statement " just because you remove the mercury (maybe) you cannot replace the damaged neurons " . Hyperbaric Oxygenation has been known to revive and repair damaged nuerons. The speechless have spoken. Has the doctor ever used the internet or medical journals? cuch1986 <cuches@...> wrote: I had an argument with a doctor at my job.
