I have never had so much helpful information that quickly on any other site. It is taking me a while to digest it all. You have something real good here. Guest guest Posted October 8, 2007 Report Share Posted October 8, 2007 Hi, I would like to know if you have started any medication still? I have Crohns myself, and I have used LDN for 14 days now. It works well, I have still some nights that I wish I could sleep a little better, and some nights I wish I could sleep less. I have no vivid dreams, not more than I usually have ;-)....I am a bit tired every day around 2 pm, but if I sleep one hour, I am all right the rest of the day untill 9 in the evening, then I start to really long for the bed. But it's a bit early to go to sleep then, so I have a fight with myself to act like an adult and stay up untill at least 11.00 p.m ;-) My bloating is gone, the pain in my stomach as well.
