Guest guest
Hi , My 4 kids are all vaccinated and we have related health issues. I've decided if we have and act of God and another baby happens, (dh had surg) - NO SHOTS, now that my eyes are opened. I have a friend with 3 beautiful healthy dds who have not been vaccinated for anything, ages 6mo to nearly 5. They have never had anything scarier than a nasty cold. Since they are homeschoolers they don't face the pressure of shots before enrollment. In fact this df had all her babies at home so that she wouldn't have to face the harrassment at the hospital when she declined the shots. I have another df expecting her 5th and she is dreading the third degree she will receive at the hospital, but is determined to " call the shots " in the immunization department, pun intended. She has 2 kids who were affected by their immunizations, one with adhd and the other with severe hyperactivity. Lesson learned. Hopefully medical science will catch up with reality, but for now... I'd wait. > > i went to the ped today for the babies check up and he wanted to know about > the vaccines he is so nice i said no that i do not know when i do not want to > ever do it. but he said he was scared that the risk is very small but there > is still a risk that my baby could get real sick from something and he does > not want to see that happen. he said he would like to call around to some > people who might be able to offer advice on how we can get him vaccinated but I am > so scared I don't know what to do it do it or not do I take the plunge and > risk it all or stick to my guns. Guest guest
I have one partially vaccinated child (we stopped when she showed digestive problems and a gross motor delay) and one completely unvaccinated child. I also have a pediatrician who supports my position and a DAN doctor for my daughter (the first child) who supports my position for both kids. Take a good look at Cave's " What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Children's Vaccinations " . It's a great resource. Also, spend a little time on the NVIC website. And remember that people stopped dying from the diseases we vaccinate for about a decade before the vaccinations were manufactured. Public health policies like universal vaccination do not treat people as individuals. The risk to YOUR child from the vaccines may well indeed be higher than the risk of the disease itself. Also, know that although they (at least theoretically) removed the thimerosal from the vaccines they still contain aluminum and formaldehyde and in some cases aborted fetal tissue as well as parts of monkeys. Whatever you do, follow your mommy gut. I don't know whether you plan to home school or not but all states provide for medical exemption from vaccine and many provide for religious or philosophical exemption. With the history of your other 2 children, you have a great case for staying away from them. At bare minimum you would want to do a very delayed/extended vaccine schedule. Autism is a disease in which the body has a difficult time (more difficult than 'average') clearing heavy metals and other toxins. Those vaccines are full of toxins; and the 'live' ones are also filed with potential viral problems. Just my opinion. I hope this helps! Josie vaccination questions.................. Guest guest
One thing I am certain of is that mercury caused your kids problems. I've seen the model so many times, and I've lived it my entire life (autistic/aspergers symptoms as a kid) and 48 years later I'm still struggling with mercury poisoning. The first time I went through mercury chelation I saw hundreds of women with stories like yours. It is well known the first born boy gets the biggest dump of mercury, then the next born child gets less. Many women had several stillborns, then an autistic kid, then the next would be ADHD, then the next would be fine, etc. When they got vaccinated more exposure to mercury would turn the lesser toxic ones autistic or create some severe syndrome. Under NO circumstances would I get a vaccination containing thimerosol or mercury in any form. I would say I was allergic to mercury compounds like thimerosol. But be warned, doctors will lie to you. I told a doctor I was highly allergic to thimerosol and mercury compounds and he talked me into a tetanus booster that I later found out contained thimerosol and it almost killed me. If you absolutely can't legally avoid a vaccination, make them show you the manufacturers data sheet and make sure it contains no mercury. Maybe someone else can tell you how to legally avoid all vaccinations, which is what I would do. Cheers, _____ From: [mailto: ] On Behalf Of ummezahid@... Guest guest
I am in the same boat, my daughter is 12 mo. unvaccinated such a happy on target healthy baby. No colic, no delays, no problems whatsoever, except occasional yeast or bacterial issues, not sure which that keep her up for a couple of hours until I give her some baby probiotics, and then she goes right to sleep. This is the complete opposite of my son ph age 7. I too did not want to repeat the same mistakes, and so one of the many things we are doing, is to hold off on vaccinations. We had thought, we would vaccinate one by one, no cocktails, with thimerasol free vaccines, the biggies, polio, tetanus, diphtheria, pertussis and the Hib B. The rest of the illness' weren't worth vaccinating against. However, we scheduled the first shot 4 or 5 times, and each time she got sick right before the shot, and this was after we had labs done to verify her metabolism, immune and gut system were all functioning on target. So we would postpone and reschedule, and then, the day before we had most recently scheduled the first polio shot, I couldn't sleep. All the what-ifs, and the pain ph went through, all the things that can't be undone. is absolutely perfect, and so, we canceled. Our pediatrician was not happy. That is okay, I'm not doing this to make her happy. Although I understand the pressure to " appear " to be a good parent, you know, compliant. However, I cowed down to the pressure and allowed those Doctors to do tremendous damage to my son, and I'll not do that again, to any child. And so, against her advice, we've agreed to wait until is 2, before we begin the vaccinations. It's hard, can't take her to the mall, or any other highly populated places. We carry a huge jug of water in the back of our car and a pump bottle of soap and wash our hands constantly. We don't wear shoes in the house, ph changes and baths when he gets home from school. But you know, these are things we were doing anyway, because ph is missing part of his immune system, thanks to the damage the vaccines did to him ( my opinion). So, here we are. turned 13 mo. on the 21st, and the days just fly by. She not only walks now but runs. She says new words and phrases daily. Today she said " chicken " and " stop it " for the first time. We adore her, she's loud, affectionate, happy, sleeps 12 hours a night and takes two naps a day ( ph was sleeping 3 to 4 hours a night and stopping his naps at about this time). He didn't like to be touched, which made changing his diaper a tussle, and sounds and lights were beginning to be an issue. He'd never had a solid bowel movement and he was losing words and phrases. So, I understand your worries, they are all genuine. Cave's book What Your Doctor May Not Tell You About Children's Vaccinations is a pretty good starting point in researching vaccines. Good luck to you, it's difficult, I know. vaccination questions.................. Hello everyone I hope all is well. Guest guest
Hi there, I have six children. The first two were fully vaccinated through grade school;,I never even blinked an eye or asked questions. Child #3 received vaccinations through the 15 month checkup. By then I had started researching vaccines. Child #4 was born the year they started trying to give Hepatitis vaccines to newborns. I declined, because I'd never heard of it and could not imagine giving such a thing to a brand new baby. Still researching, I talked to our pediatrician, asking him to provide me with pro-vaccine info, since I could only find books against vaccines and I wanted to make an informed decision. All he gave me were the little flyers they hand out in the office that don't really tell you anything, and he tried to scare me into the shots. I never went back to his office again. Children #4 through 6 received no shots at all, with the exception of a tetunus shot that #5 received after an injury at age 2. BTW, this is my child w/OCD-Tourette's. Anyway, there has been no outbreak of any dread disease. No measles, no mumps, rubella, whooping cough or polio. I can barely get these children to have the chicken pox when there is an outbreak! Out of the six children, only three of them have ever had chicken pox, despite being exposed to it. Right now the children are 24, 23, 14, 12, 10 and 8. They actually are pretty healthy. Guest guest
I second this. There are NO 'safe' vaccines imo. B. > > I would not vaccinate! Guest guest
No more vaccines here either, ever! I have one vaccinated and ASD son who was very sickly for the longest time. I also have two that are completely unvaccinated and there is no chance I am going to change my mind on that decision. One of them is almost 3 1/2 and he is so incredibly healthy. I have only once put him on antibiotics due to a nasty ear infection that was threatening to burst his eardrum. Other than that he has maybe been actually sick a couple times. His immune system is able to fight things off so all he will get is a slight cough or a runny nose. My daughter is the same way. She is 16 months old and has only really been sick twice and once was croup. Zach was a Rhogam baby and with my metal load he does have some issues but doesn't qualify for any diagnosis. I do believe he would be autistic had I vaccinated him. My daughter wasn't a Rhogam baby and is perfectly NT. I do use supplements to help boost their immune system when they are fighting colds/viruses. I occasionally worry about them getting something but as the years have gone by I worry less and less. Many of the things they vaccinate for are not an issue anymore. And what they still can get is not as bad anymore due to proper treatment. Homeopathy also has an excellent record for treating those diseases. The chance of them actually catching one of those diseases and having a hard time with it is much less than what I feel can happen with the vaccines. There are just too many things that can go wrong. I have to say it was also nice not to worry so much about SIDS with my two youngest as I feel the pertussis part of the Dtap has a huge part in that happening. Especially with my family, it wasn't worth the risk. If you are worried about not vaccinating really look at how often these things are diagnosed. And when they are what percentage of the people are actually vaccinated. That is important because it is often up to 50%. And if they really do get these diseases what is the usual outcome and what means are available to treat it. Like I said, homoepathy has excellent records with lots of diseases. My one fear was pertussis with the babies. I saw an article in Homeopathy magazine that happened to be featuring exactly that. I don't worry about it now. Just don't get bullied into any decision. You have to decide what it best for your family. Doctors are quick to demand vaccinations but don't have to live with the outcome of that, we do.
