Guest guest
If a child on td-dmps (following Andy's dosing suggestions), missed the midnight dose (8 hour interval), my understanding is that it is advisable to stop the round. However, if the round was not stopped, but the 8 am dose was given, should the round be then continued as usual, made longer, or other suggestions? thank you, Patty
Guest guest
I can't really say what the 'best' thing to do is. I did miss one midnight dose myself (with oral DMPS) and I did resume at 8 am the next day and keep going. There will likely be some redistribution, but redistribution will be minor IF the dose is low enough. I would stop if I noticed side effects (fatigue, irritability, and so on).
