Because in order to maintain the flavor in sushi, it isn't frozen at any point

usually, and so the process of decay has already begun, and we all know

the danger in comsuming dead material.

Most commercial fish is caught, and immediately iced, so the decomposition

is temporarily halted, at least until it makes it to grocer, and it is

thawed, so

the process can continue while it sits under the glass.

I would not consume any fish that isn't frozen from start to plate!

But, then again I don't eat fish anyway, it smells bad to us for a reason.

Would you eat it if if were not dipped in butter, or deep fried, or dressed

in tartar sauce? You might if you had no other choice, but I guarantee

you would not make a habit of it if you had to eat it uncooked.

Cooking destroys the natural composition, turning it into pollution.

And you know what pollution of any kind does to us.

If you arent going to eat meat in its natural " alive " state, then you have no

business eating it all. Animals that consume meat, don't cook it and only

eat fresh kill, unless they are starving to death, and eating something that

has been dead for too long has its consequences even for them.

I'd say that the dr warned over sushi because it could contain raw fish. Raw

seafood can be harmful

understand sushi being " touchy " with the liver. I have heard of

people who have gotten so ill after eating sushi that was not fresh.

I eat everything fresh from my backyard. Grapefruits, mangos, aloe

vera, avocadoes, etc. It's a beautiful yard.

Nice meeting you.

Thanks, . I wouldn't go near sushi other than fishing at the end of

the pier!

Have a good day, nap, and know we all love you.
