Ok, added 400mcg folic acid yesterday. Son is intermittently saying

'mamamamamamamamamama " for prologed periods of time and tripping and falling

down for no reason... Do I stop (has had folic acid yesterday and today) or

give more time? Very confused over here....

I don't know if you should stop or give more time, but from my own experience,

when I tried taking 800mcg folic acid it gave me these really bad headaches. It

was so bad, I was almost dizzy. I stopped taking it.

Maybe you should give that in 3-4 doses during a day.

Cut is back and work up with it slowly over a few weeks. Are you doing mb12

too? You can always stop it for a few days after reducing it if it

continues or you can always stop it.... see if the behavior stops and then

slowly reintroduce it.

Adding folic acid eliminated scripting for my kids, until they were

fully loaded when it *caused* scripting.

You might want to try folinic, see if you have better results.

This can be related to yeast overgrowth, and in my experience, altho

B6 and B12 cause the most yeast, all the B vitamins do tend to

increase yeast issues.
