Mine is a light sleeper as well. I just mix it in a tiny bit of honey, lightly

pinch together his cheeks so his mouth opens and put it in. He wakes up enough

to swallow, give me an ugly face and go back to sleep.

How do you get them to swallow stuff in their sleep? My kids were

very light sleepers prior to LDN. I couldn't even get the door to

their room open w/out them waking. Also, my son has terrible oral

sensory issues. I am very curious about this and would like to

learn. Thanks for sharing! Very interesting about the time

change. I have been giving it at 10:30 because when I give it at

11:00 it causes night waking. Maybe I will do a trial of dosing

later and see if I note any changes.
